Two Ways to Stay

Forge in France operates on an exclusive-use basis. When you book, the entire estate and all its facilities are yours alone — no other guests, no shared spaces.

Please note: Forge in France is an exclusive-use estate. When you book either option, no other guests will be on the property. Booking the Domaine includes Playfair House and the entire estate. Booking Playfair House gives you full access to all facilities, and the Domaine will not be let to anyone else during your stay.

Flexible Arrival Days

Unlike many holiday rentals, we do not have fixed changeover days. You are welcome to arrive and depart on any day of the week, making it easy to plan around flights, family schedules, or events. Whether you want a long weekend, a midweek retreat, or a full fortnight, we can accommodate your plans.

Everything You Need, Included

Every booking includes full access to the estate and all its facilities at no extra charge:

✓ Over 50 hectares of private parkland and gardens
✓ Fully equipped kitchens in both properties
✓ All bed linen and hand towels, bath towels can be supplied at a supplement of €5 each.
✓ High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the estate
✓ Private parking for multiple vehicles
✓ Outdoor dining areas and barbecue facilities
✓ Children’s play areas and open spaces
✓ Table tennis, games room, and outdoor activities
✓ Sculpture gardens and woodland walks

No hidden fees, no resort charges, no surprises. The price you see is the price you pay, plus the one-off cleaning fee.
